The Summer Camp staffs its commercial kitchen with a Lead Cook, Prep Cook and a Dishwasher each shift. Typically one of our Lead Cooks is also camp's Kitchen Manager.

Kitchen Staff begin on or about June 10 and continue work until the third week in August, when the summer camp closes. (It's possible additional work will be available after that date, depending on user groups.)
Weekly salaries are based on skills and experience. First-year Dishwasher/Prep Cooks earned $450/week, and Lead Cooks started at $600/week. Room and board are a benefit of employment at camp.
